How long does it take to get approved?
Most approvals take up to 3 business days since we receive all the info needed.
What countries do you work with?
We accept payments worldwide, excluding sanctioned countries. Please contact us for more detailed information.
Can you integrate your payment system to my site?
Unfortunately we don’t do that, but we provide a detailed integration manual with code samples, and support of our experienced tech team. Typically programmers can complete the integration within hours.
How can I be sure that the payments via your gateway are secure?
We are a PCI DSS-compliant payment institution, licensed by the British Financial Conduct Authority - which suggests that our operations are designed to meet the highest standards of security, privacy and data protection for both our merchants and end customers.
Will I be able to withdraw my outstanding balance myself? By what method?
While we have a payout schedule and threshold, you can also receive your balance at request. Our team will have to process it though. The standard method is wire transfer.
I have found Prudent Pig on my statement, what is this purchase?
Please contact us and let us know your payment details - transaction ID (if available), date and amount of charge, the last 4 digits and type of your payment card, and the email address you could use for making a purchase online. We will be able to give more info about the purchase after identifying your payment.
